One half of a twin villa. 3 Bedrooms overlooking a private pool Across River Chemperoh. Villa 5 & 6 can be interconnected if booked together.

The space

The villa is in a 1 acre compound shared with 5 other villas. Sg Chemperoh is located just outside the compound. There is a dedicated BBQ Gazebo just outside the front door. Shared facilities includes a beach football field, outdoor ping pong and volleyball and many others.

Guest access

All the shared garden and riverbank is accessible by guests.

House Rules

The maximum capacity for Villa 5 & 6 is 8 adults (3 additional children below age of 11 sharing the same bed are allowed).
Non paying guests are not allowed to use the villa facilities
Sleeping shall be confined to the bedroom. No guests are allowed to sleep in the living room area at night.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption and non-halal food is strictly not allowed within the villa.
Loud parties is not allowed out of respect for our neighbours
Furnitures in the villa such as the sofa, dining table, chairs and sofa bed is not allowed to be moved from its original position.

The premise is not designed to be child-proof. Please have adults accompany the children at all times.
Children are not allowed to be in the pool and the stream without adults present.
Guests are expected to clean the dishes, utensils, the BBQ grills and the fridge. Guests may opt for an optional cleaning service for an additional fee of RM200.
The rubbish bin shall need to be emptied and the bin bag knotted at the end of the stay.
Check-in is between 3pm-6pm. Checkout shall be before 12pm.

Cancellation Policy

Firm

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.

No refund after that.
