Villa 1,2 & Emerald House Rules
The maximum capacity for Villa 1, 2 & Emerald is 8 adults (3 additional children below age of 11 sharing the same bed are allowed).
Non paying guests are not allowed to use the villa facilities
Sleeping shall be confined to the bedroom. No guests are allowed to sleep in the living room area at night.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption and non-halal food is strictly not allowed within the villa.
Furnitures in the villa such as the sofa, dining table, chairs and sofa bed is not allowed to be moved from its original position.
The premise is not designed to be child-proof. Please have adults accompany the children at all times.
Children are not allowed to be in the pool and the stream without adults present.
Guests are expected to clean the dishes, utensils, the BBQ grills and the fridge
The rubbish bin shall need to be emptied and the bin bag knotted at the end of the stay.
Check-in is between 3pm-6pm. Checkout shall be before 12pm.
Villa 3 House Rules
The maximum capacity for Villa 3 is 4 adults (2 additional children below age of 11 sharing the same bed are allowed). No additional day visitors are allowed beyond the 4 adults capacity.
Sleeping shall be confined to the bedroom. No guests are allowed to sleep in the living room area at night.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption and non-halal food is strictly not allowed within the villa.
Loud parties is not allowed out of respect for our neighbours
Furnitures in the villa such as the sofa, dining table, chairs and sofa bed is not allowed to be moved from its original position.
